Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bcmg.it.com and communications with Blue Collar Motor Group ("BCMG," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website and service requests

The website provides general information about BCMG and a way to contact us. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a diagnosis, repair recommendation, estimate, warranty, or guarantee.

Submitting a service request does not create an appointment or require either you or BCMG to proceed with service. We will contact you to discuss fit, availability, pricing, authorization, and next steps. Separate estimates, repair authorizations, invoices, warranties, or other service terms may apply to work we perform.

SMS terms

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service needs.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, call (801) 675-4391, or email contact@bcmg.it.com.
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may submit a service request or purchase goods or services without consenting to SMS messages. If you do not opt in, we may contact you by a non-SMS method you requested.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out or notify us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version here and changing the effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
